Notifications, background tasks, automatic synchronization or alarms do not work correctly for “Abfall App” on Android 10?


  1. Open the “Settings” of your device.
  2. Choose “Device care”.
  3. Tap on “Battery”.

  5. Tap on “Apps that won’t be put to sleep”.
  6. If “Abfall App” is in the list of apps, there’s nothing left for you to do. Otherwise, proceed with the next step.

  8. Find “Abfall App” in the list of apps.
  9. Next to “Abfall App”, put a checkmark into the checkbox.
  10. At the bottom right, tap on “Add”.
  11. Leave by pressing ○ (“Home”) at the bottom of your device.

  2. If you have any app like “Clean Master”, “Security Master”, “Task Manager”, “Phone Cleaner”, “Super Cleaner”, “Power Clean”, “DU Cleaner”, “DU Speed Booster”, “CCleaner”, “AVG Cleaner”, “Avast Cleanup” or “Norton Clean”, check that it doesn’t block or terminate “Abfall App”.
  3. If unsure, consider uninstalling the app claiming to “clean” or “boost” your device.
